Synopsis by Matthew Tobey

This 1998 film from director Jennifer Wynne Farmer is a family-friendly short about the magic of Halloween. It's the end of October, and that can mean only one thing: it's time to dress up and go trick-or-treating. But this year will be unlike any other Halloween before, as the kids discover the mythical Pumpkin Man. Star Trek: The Next Generation's Denise Crosby stars along with Philip Abbott.
