An early series about a prosecuting attorney and his assistant investigating cases in 17-and-a-half-minute mini-mysteries. The DuMont network later expanded the show to 30 minutes and incorporated a celebrity panel, which was shown an episode almost to the end---and then tried to guess whodunit. Also known as 'Crawford Mystery Theatre.'
