As Addison's relationship with Kevin (David Sutcliffe) heats up, Charlotte tries to lure her to St. Ambrose Hospital with promises of surgeries. Meanwhile, Sam questions his ability to keep Oceanside Wellness afloat; Pete's firefighter patient (Ernie Hudson) suffers an unusual form of post-traumatic stress disorder; and Violet is threatened by a patient's son.
