Synopsis by Dan Pavlides

The provocative title of this documentary profile of London is a tease to entice viewers. Interviews with beatniks, mods, and rockers give some insight into the style and social life of the swinging city. A baby is born, youths shop for the latest fashions, and scenes from a Turkish bath, a tattoo parlor, parties, and the making of a television commercial are haphazardly included. Liverpool singing star Billy J. Kramer makes a brief appearance in this forgettable feature hampered by editing problems. David Gell is the talkative narrator.
