Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
In this story, the career of an oversexed petty tyrant during the pre-communist period in Poland is followed as he moves back and forth from the boardroom to the bedrooms of his wife and his various male and female lovers. Despite his arrogant ways, he winds up being a victim many times over, his mistress being the chief villain. In addition to having plenty of nudity and many simulated sex scenes, this drama, based on a novel by S.I. Withiewicz, also serves as a political allegory.
