Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
An Ecuadorian fisherman finds a misplaced cocaine shipment on the beach, and schemes to escape a life of poverty by selling the drugs with the help of a devious Colombian beauty. Blanquito (Andres Crespo) is a hard-working fisherman who has always felt like an outsider. Then, one day, brick after brick of premium cocaine washes in with the tide. Later, Blanquito is delivering a shipment of groceries to a wealthy local when he crosses paths with Lorna (Maria Cecilia Sanchez). Much like Blanquito, Lorna dreams of escaping their small town for a brighter future in the big city of Guayaquil. Sensing this, Blanquito impulsively lets Lorna in on his plan. Orna claims she can move the drugs, but from the moment she shows up for a meeting with her chauffeur Fabricio (Carlos Valencia) in tow, it's apparent she's got other plans for the money that don't necessarily involve Blanquito.
