Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A small-town New England sheriff recruits a cynical psychic to help her solve a recent rash of disappearances before losing her job to state budget cutbacks. When three local women go missing over the course of 18 months, Sheriff Nicki Welles (Elise Rovinski) finds herself grasping for a lead. And she's running out of time, too, because as soon as the recent budget cutbacks kick in, Sheriff Welles will be fresh out of a job. Desperate, the soon to be jobless sheriff turns to local psychic James Hart (Cuyle Carvin) for answers. But James suspects that he's being framed for the disappearances, and Sheriff Welles' lover Detective Sandra Franks (Julie Bell) thinks the psychic is a fraud. As the clock continues to tick down, Sheriff Welles wades through a sea of deception in search of the truth.
