A woman wonders if she can have a real relationship with her unattainable high school crush in this romantic comedy-drama. Mara Andersson (Karie Gonia) is happy with her life, and with good reason; she's recently lost a lot of weight (though she's still a bit zaftig), she has a loving husband, Topher (Gavin Sakae McLean) and she owns a small business that's going well. But Mara was an outcast in high school, and when she's invited to her class reunion, she's not interested until she's told Danny Thompson (Aaron Heinzen) will be attending. Danny was one of the most handsome boys in Mara's class and she worshiped him from afar; at the urging of her best friend Libby (Morgan Elizabeth), Mara decides to go and find out if her newer, sexier and more confident self might turn Danny's head. Mara leaves Topher at home and hides her wedding ring before entering the hall; if Danny is indeed interested in her, is she willing to turn her back on the man who loves her for a second chance at the man she's still dreaming about? Perfect 10 was the first feature film from the husband-and-wife writing/directing team of Kris Boustedt and Lindy Boustedt, and received its world premiere at the 2010 Seattle International Film Festival.
