Pee-wee solicits the aid of Jambi when he wants to deliver a letter "Now" (which happens to be today's secret word). Reba the Mail Lady is not happy about giving up her day off, so Pee-wee mollifies Reba by inviting her to lunch. Meanwhile, Pterri is exiled to his nest for being naughty, leading to a few anxious moments when the crestfallen pterodactyl decides to run (or fly) away from home. "Reba Eats, Pterri Runs" was released on video in tandem with "Cowboy and the Countess" in Volume 14 of Pee-wee's Playhouse.
