Feminist Iranian filmmaker Tahmineh Milani draws inspiration from a stint in jail (she was charged with being an anti-revolutionary for her film The Hidden Half) for this comedy drama about a four female ex-cons who hatch a scheme to relieve corrupt men of their illicit income. The stakes are undeniably high, but should the plan go off without a hitch, the four women will turn a tidy profit.
