This silent Western starred Art Mix, whose implied relationship to Tom Mix was non-existent. The character was the fabrication of one Victor Adamson, who also produced and directed Paths of Flame under the moniker Denver Dixon. Adamson/Dixon had earlier appeared as Art Mix himself, but by 1926 the character was played by George Kesterson, a former rodeo performer who kept the alias for the rest of his career.
