Jon Hau Wing-choi spins this trashy thriller featuring pin-up queen Pauline Chan Po-lin. The film opens with a fantastically wealthy businessman driving his expensive German sport car right into Hong Kong harbor. His young, ruthless wife Liu Siu-suen stands to inherent not only his 30 million dollar fortune but also a ten million dollar insurance policy. Loathe to pay up, her insurance company tells investigator Cha Suk-yin (Fennie Yuen Kit-ying) to finds something -- anything -- that would proof that Siu-suen is responsible for the death. When someone tries to rub her out, and she isn't sure who because she has too many enemies, she hires a bodyguard named Jet Li (Edmond Leung Hon-man). Her would-be killer, however, is not easily fazed.
