Infomercial mainstay, former Nike athlete, and fitness guru Pam Cosmi hosts the home exercise video Pam Cosmi: Steppin' in Rhythm. This step routine uses several individual components of dance style and rhythm - including syncopation, triple rhythms and double bounces - to dramatically boost the power and energy of a traditional workout. The 58.5 minute regimen spends 13 minutes on stretch and warm-up, 41 minutes on 'Steppin' in Rhythm,' and 4.5 minutes on a Cool-Down stretch.
