Synopsis by Ben Schultz
Biopic of activist Arunachalam Muruganantham (Akshay Kumar), who develops a sanitary pad for poor women in rural India. In time, his invention helps greatly improve menstrual hygiene in the country. R. Balki directed this comedy-drama, which adapts the short story The Sanitary Man of Sacred Land by Twinkle Khanna. Radhika Apte, Sonam Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and George Zouvelos co-star.
