But filmmaker Robert Greene demonstrates that, for good or ill, that's no longer the case in this documentary. As global warming and uneven distribution of water have an increasing impact on the global environment, a growing number of scientists are not only studying ways to control temperature and precipitation but see it as a key to humanity's continuing survival. But as we learn to control wind, rain and the seasons, are we truly acting in the best interests of the world, or playing God in potentially dangerous ways?
