Synopsis

The only thing worth discussing about this low-energy softcore sex comedy is the reported fact that the king of bizarro cinema Edward D. Wood Jr. wrote its screenplay under the nom de plume "Akdon Telmig" (which, spelled backwards, almost reads "vodka gimlet"). If true, then it couldn't have taken him very long, as there's very little going on in this tale of prehistoric sex. Essentially a series of long, badly simulated sex scenes performed by actors and actresses wearing fake fur loincloths, the action stops only occasionally for some tired, corny jokes and a dinosaur puppet who threatens the cavemen whenever they try to leave the cave. Throw in some stolen scenes from One Million B.C. and stock footage of churning lava and you've got 80 tedious minutes. The script has none of the loopy surrealism that Wood's fans might hope for, and hardcore raincoaters will be disappointed by the tame, inauthentic nature of the sex. It does, however, meet "the requirements set forth in the code of the Adult Film Producers Association," a reference to the professional organization that had been formed the same year that One Million AC/DC was made.
