A birthday party for a priest becomes a frantic fight for survival when the guest of honor receives a card stating that everyone has been poisoned, and has just one hour to live. At first it just seemed like a sick joke, but when the effects of the drug begin to take hold, the race to find the antidote begins. Confronted with their own mortality, the guests begin to show their true colors as their chances for survival grow dimmer by the minute.
