Synopsis by Hal Erickson

"Little Billy" Fitzgerald, the talented midget best known for his villainous portrayal in the deathless novelty western Terror of Tiny Town, stars in the nonsensical farce Oh Baby. Little Billy plays a prizefight manager who is talked into posing as a female baby so that a friend can claim an inheritance. Our diminutive hero agrees, only to learn that he is expected to sleep in the same bed as his "mother." Once this problem has been solved, Little Billy must hurry back to the fight arena to watch his boxer in action -- but how can he manage this while wearing curls and a cute nightie? Billed last in Oh Baby is Flora Finch, who 15 years earlier had been a major screen comedienne.
