Officer "444" (Ben Wilson) survives the drop into the dungeons and is able to save Gloria Grey (Neva Gerber) from her imprisonment. Along with The Frog's other unfortunate victims, Frank Haverly (Phil Ford) is brought to Dr. Warren's Sanitarium where Gloria hopes a radio ray, developed by The Frog, will cure him of memory loss. While Dr. Warren is setting up the ray, Officer "444" learns from one of The Frog's accomplices that the treatment will prove fatal if used 10 seconds longer than the prescribed 2 minutes. "444" is relaying this new development over the telephone to Gloria when The Frog suddenly cuts the wires. Will "444" and the police "Flying Squad" reach the sanitarium in time to rescue young Haverly?
