Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
Jagos (Radoslav Bzobohaty) is an independent-minded fellow, and the mismanagement and inefficiency he sees in the local collective farms leads him to try to make it on his own as a solo farmer. When he discovers that conditions do not permit him to thrive as an independent, he joins the collective but speaks out persistently in favor of more efficient and effective ways of doing things. Despite the unpopularity his outspokenness brings him, the collective thrives, and eventually his co-workers begin to appreciate his efforts.
