Donald Duck and Goofy decide to rent a U-Drive Sail Boat, which requires a 5-cent deposit every thirty seconds or so. It's a trim and swift craft--at least until Donald breaks the sail and runs out of nickels. Stranded in the middle of the ocean under a blazing sun, Donald (who has developed a stubble on his chin!) nearly goes insane, but Goofy takes everything in stride. Alas, the boys are fairly indept at catching fish or attracting passing ships, and for a while it looks like they're doomed--especially when a swarm of sharks show up. Amazingly, Donald's terrible temper turns out to be a lifesaver in this cartoon.
