Celebrated fitness trainer Lucy Knight hosts the exercise release Nip & Tuck Workout: The Natural Way. In this release, Knight leads participants through an aerobics routine designed to: firm, trim and tone one's thighs; flatten one's stomach; tone and sculpt one's arms (thus cutting back on the cellulite that causes flabby "arm wings,") and firm and tone one's gluteus maximus, eliminating droopy and sagging buttocks.
