Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Mob kingpin Qua Tom assassinates the wife of the man who leads the Black List, a powerful association of ninja warriors. Qua Tom even managed to get his victim's husband imprisoned on false charges. However, the leader of the Black List possesses unusually impressive martial-artistry that allows him to take the mantle of Ninja Terminator. With these skills he sets out to get his revenge.
