A demented serial killer and his sadistic sidekick explore the depths of depravity in this gore-drenched sequel to director Ron Atkin's infamous 1997 shocker Schizophreniac: The Whore Mangler. Harry Russo is back, and with some help from his old friend Rubberneck he's out to murder, maim, defile, and disfigure anyone unfortunate enough to get in his way.
