Backed by solid research, the programs offer information in an entertaining format. Animation and fun characters capture the attention of viewers, while presenting important concepts. In part five, Energy - There Are Better Ways, host Albert visits fossil fuel and nuclear energy plants where the pros and cons of using, producing, and cooling energy become evident. The episode explores both conventional and alternative energy sources. Viewers also become aware of ways in which they can reduce energy consumption. The series is appropriate for youngsters in elementary through junior high grades.
