An examination of why fishing boats sink. The hour also chronicles fishing-boat tragedies, including one in January 2000, in which two men died off Cape Neddick, Maine, when their stern trawler sank; and a 1983 disaster in the Bering Sea in which 14 Washington state fishermen lost their lives.
