The main character in Narcosatanicos Asesinos is Alonso, a man who has lived for 5,000 years. His longevity is due to the fact that he made a deal with Satan to live for that long, mostly so that he could have sex with as many women as possible. As the end of the contract grows closer, Satan returns to collect. Alonso sweet-talks his way into an extension, but only by agreeing to teach Satan tricks on how to pick up women.
