Najica Hiiragi is a skilled secret agent who unexpectedly meets up with a cyborg named Leila during a mission. She rescues the bio-mechanical girl and the two become partners, battling sinister forces together. Najica Blitz Tactics parodies James Bond in many ways and spends more air time on ecchi like panty shots and compromising positions than it does on serious plotlines.
