The fates of 10 loosely-connected Manhattanites converge during the course of a disastrous surprise party in this ensemble romantic drama from director Matthew Watts. Uncertain if she's truly in love with her handsome and successful fiancé Christoph (Cheyenne Jackson) after sleeping with her best friend Nate (Peter Scanavino) on the night she got engaged, conflicted Liv (Caitlin Fitzgerald) aims to prove her devotion by throwing Christoph a surprise birthday party. Meanwhile, as notorious womanizer Nate attempts to declare his love to the increasingly distant Liv, her best friend Beatrice shocks her harried husband Paul with a pregnancy announcement. As if that isn't enough to contend with, Liv's emotionally unavailable brother Sammy attempts to catch his wife cheating with help from his perpetually-stoned assistant, and her other brother Thomas makes a questionable judgment call when the bartender he hired for the party bails at the last minute. Add to the mix Christoph's former flame Annie, who has decided to surprise her ex with an unannounced visit, and its only a matter of time until the party - and possibly Liv's engagement - runs completely off the rails.
