Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
Popular Latin singer Sandro appears as Muchacho, the orphan boy raised by a female Captain (Olinda Bozan) of a passenger boat on the rivers near Buenos Aires. When he falls in love with Martha (Iran Eory), the girl's wealthy parents object to her affair with the poor boat operator. An inheritance elevates his social status enough to win the heart of the girl and her parents in this lighthearted romantic comedy. Sandro delivers nine songs in his fourth film, the best vehicle yet for the brooding gypsy crooner.
