In typical MTV fashion, this workout is full of hard-bodied young dancers strutting their stuff. Instructor Akiba Tripp leads the workout with host Eric Nies dancing along. The choreography is complex, and because the camera focuses on the dancers faces and not their feet and bodies, it's hard to follow. This one requires lots of patience and rewinding to learn the steps. There is even a "funky freestyle" in which you do whatever you want while the dancers spotlight their moves. This video is better used for entertainment than as a workout.
