Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A middle-aged Russian man living in the landlocked Ukranian Steppes attempts to realize his lifelong dream of building a fully-functioning submarine as documentary filmmakers Jan Hinrik Drevs and Rene Harder roll their cameras to capture both the construction of the submergible and its eagerly-anticipated maiden voyage.
