Synopsis by John Bush
Originally made as a television pilot for a series that never panned out, Mr. Inside, Mr. Outside focuses on two New York cops (Hal Linden, Tony LoBianco). The pair work together to thwart a gang of diamond smugglers, with one going undercover while the other remains on the outside.
