An internationally renowned chamber ensemble that employs the talents of the country's greatest soloists, The Moscow Virtuosi performs a special, all-Bach-and-Mozart program in this release of a performance captured live in Torrejon de Ardoz, Spain in 1991. Violinist Arkady Futer and oboist Alexey Utkin are joined by a host of Russia's most talented musicians as they perform Johann Sebastian Bach's "Concerto for Two Violins in D minor BMW 1043", and "Violin Concerto No. 1 in A minor BMW 1041", and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Concerto for Oboe and Orchestra in C major", "Symphony No. 24 in B major KV 182", and "Allegro di molto from: Divertmento in B-major KV 137".
