Synopsis
Phil visits Alex at college, which gives Claire a chance to coax the ducks into leaving the nest. Meanwhile, Jay helps Mitchell when Lily has a sleepover with her dance troupe; and Gloria and Cameron are under pressure to meet a deadline for a hot-sauce delivery, and rely on Manny's meticulous planning to pull it off.
