In this release of a concerto performance originally staged live at Salzburg's Mozarteum in March of 2001, famed pianist Mitsuku Uchida performs a pair of works by composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. A performance of Mozart's lesser-known Piano Concerto No. 13, KV 415 offers classical music lovers a chance to a hear Uchida's rendition of a song rarely performed in public, with a subsequent performance of the more familiar Piano Concerto No. 20, KV 466 offering a master pianist at the height of her musical prowess.
