Boarding the S.S. Star of Suez, the cleverly disguised agents of the IMF attempt to prevent Communist agent Yorgi Petrosian (Michael Strong) from getting his hands on a valuable microfilm. Unbeknownst to himself, gun salesman Victor Tomar (William Smithers) is in possession of the film, which is affixed to a priceless emerald.
