A biopic helmed by Catalan director Ventura Pons tells the lesser known story of Anna Maria Dali ( Eulalia Ballart), the younger sister of surrealist artist Salvador Dali (Joan Carreras), exploring their close relationship and eventual falling out. It also tells of her struggles and experiences surviving through the Spanish Civil War. Much of this story is told through flashbacks as narrated by the elder Anna Maria to her friend Maggie (Claire Bloom)
