Leslie Sansone: Miracle Mile is an easy-to-follow aerobics video for light muscle toning. Host and fitness expert Leslie Sansone leads viewers through the low-impact workout. According to Sansone, if viewers can make time to walk the neighborhood for an hour and a half, they can master her long-lasting session. At the start, Sansone demonstrates fat-burning aerobic exercises, including simple marches, kicks, side steps, and lunges. After the aerobics segment, she shows folks how to perform basic, body-sculpting lunges, push-ups, and abdominal curls. Sansone, who recently gave birth, and her team of exercisers offer great encouragement. They have each lost 30 to 100 pounds.
