R&B sensations Mint Condition bring their smooth sounds to Washington, D.C.'s 9:30 Club and the cameras are there to capture the whole show live for the benefit of fans everywhere. In addition to a full set of thirteen songs including "You Don't Have to Hurt No More", "Funky Weekend", and "What Kind of Man Would I Be", this release also offers a documentary on the band as well as a music video for the track Banga".
