Seiji is the most feared delinquent in his high school. He loves picking fights and winning them, but what he doesn't like is that every girl is too afraid of him for him to ever get a date. Sitting at home one night after his 20th rejection from a girl, he muses to himself that his right hand is likely to be his only companion for the rest of his life. Seiji finds that truer words were never spoken when he awakens the next day with a girl named Midori Kasugano magically stuck to his hand like a little puppet. She confesses that she's had a crush on him since middle school and now, it looks like Seiji has a girlfriend whether he likes it or not.
