Synopsis by Steven Yoder
Mending the Line, directed by Joshua Caldwell, is the story of an Afghan War vet who is sent to a V.A. facility to help him recover from PTSD. Colter is sent to a V.A. facility in Montana to recover from both his mental and physical injuries while in Afghanistan. While there, he meets Vietnam vet Ike Fletcher. The two form a bond as Fletcher teaches Colter how to fly fish and how to use the activity to overcome all the traumas he is trying to recover from.
