Muscular fitness expert Gilad Janklowicz motivates both men and women to improve their strength and endurance in this exercise program focused on the arms and upper body. The instructor demonstrates a no-nonsense workout for the biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders, chest, and back (including push-ups, bicep curls, french presses, tricep-dips, concentration curls, and other moves) -- placing emphasis on proper form. A chair and several pairs of dumbbells of different weights (from three to 20 pounds) are needed to complete all sections of the program.
