The powerful artificial intelligence known as EVE is in danger again in this 85-minute OVA sequel to Megazone 23, Part 2. Eiji is a hotshot player in the virtual world, but when he stumbles into a real-life danger of epic proportions, just like his predecessor Shogo, his life is turned upside down. Eiji finds that EVE has the destructive technology that everybody wants to get their hands on -- but is this the same EVE as before? Eiji is running out of time and running for his life as the ruins buried beneath Eden City begin to show themselves, and he is one of the few who can save a humanity on the brink of war.
