This film follows Ravi Patel, a single Indian-American who is approaching 30 on his journey to find a soul mate. After breaking up with a white American woman Ravi goes on a family vacation in India where he contemplates his family's tradition-Patels marry other Patels. His parents convince Ravi to embark on a year-long process to find the American Patel that is his match. The film began as vacation footage his sister recorded but it evolved into a documentary that charts every step of Ravi's journey to find true love. Directed by Geeta Patel and Ravi Patel.
