Synopsis by Hal Erickson
When Al (Ed O'Neill) begins charging Bud (David Faustino) rent for living in the basement, Bud complains that his room is not up to building-code standards and demands that repairs be made. Naturally, Al refuses, whereupon a local health inspector (Marianne Muellereile) swoops down and forces "Slum Lord Bundy" to live in Bud's room until he fixes the place up. Beyond this, the episode's highlight is Kelly's (Christina Applegate) impersonation of Al.
