Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Al (Ed O'Neill) gets into an argument with the phone company when he's billed for a call he didn't make. In consequence, Al's phone service is cut off, and his family is mighty sore at him. This anger spreads out to the rest of the neighborhood when Al takes it upon himself to rail against an annoying electric light just outside the Bundy residence.
