Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
In this dramatic political allegory, a Turkmenian soldier fights against those who would conquer his homeland. Instead of dying in battle, he is captured and is tortured and brainwashed, becoming a fanatical servant of the conquerers - so much so, that he unknowingly kills even his beloved mother, who has come to rescue him from his captivity.
