The subject of this documentary is the voodoo ceremonies and religious rituals of the Caribbean area. Shown are the practices of Haitian voodoo priests and the rituals of Dominican and other Caribbean "pagan cults." Featured are scenes of violence when participants in a voodoo ritual go out of control during a ceremony.
