Lam Ching-ying stars in this wild and woolly supernatural crime spectacular as Fung Zee, a hard-bitten cop and talented Taoist master. When a mysterious drug dealer refuses to surrender to the cops, refuses to die after being shot by the cops and generally lurches around like a member of the undead, Fung finds himself heading up the case. An investigation of the scene and the corpse soon leads him to slick health club in the bustling neighbor of Tsimshatsui, where Fung encounters Eddie (Frankie Chin Chi-leung), a beefy messenger for a mysterious Japanese woman (Michiko Nishiwaki) who proves to be just as skilled in the supernatural as Fung.
